How do I know what size to order?
Most DARK Femme pieces run true to size and include stretch fabric for a flattering, forgiving fit. Each product page lists the model's height and the size she's wearing, so you can compare against your own measurements. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer call for our body-con and fitted styles.
Does DARK Femme have a size chart?
A full size chart with garment measurements is coming soon. In the meantime, check the model sizing note on each product page for a real-world reference point.
Do your clothes run small or large?
Most styles are true to size with added stretch. Structured pieces without stretch fit closer to your usual size. Fabric details are listed on every product page.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard domestic shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days, then arrive in 5-7 business days domestically. International orders take 10-15 business days standard, or 5-7 business days with express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates vary by destination, with standard and express options available at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Not currently. DARK Femme cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
What is DARK Femme's return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
